Tuscany Apartments are situated at Merimbula on the NSW Sapphire Coast. Located on ‘The Fishpen’ this 4 star complex is within easy walking distance to the safe waters of the inlet and beach, and a comfortable walk to the main shopping centre. The complex is situated within large open grounds, one end of which features an 11 metre solar heated salt water swimming pool, whilst at the other end is a BBQ gazebo.

All apartments are spacious and self-contained. The large kitchens are generously equipped with cutlery, crockery, utensils, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. The living/dining area is tastefully furnished with comfortable lounges, dining suite, coffee and side tables, lamps, fan and colour TV. All apartments have pillows, linen and blankets. Bath towels are provided and it is recommended that you bring your own pool and beach towels. A limited number of cots, and high chairs are available if requested.


Tuscany Apartments are located at 10 Marine Parade, Merimbula.

Merimbula's pristine Main beach is 200 metres at one end and the lake is 150 metres at the other end of Marine Parade. Within an easy 900m level stroll you will find the shopping precinct, coffee shops, cafés and restaurants!

The Sapphire Coast offers scuba diving , surfing, golf at Pambula-Merimbula Golf Club, beach and deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, bushwalking along the coast or leisurely strolls along the boardwalk - there's something for everyone.

The kids will be delighted with plenty of family friendly fun including a petting farm where you can get up close with camels, wombats, koalas, lambs, rabbits and Shetland ponies.

Accommodation consists of :

  • Two x 2 bedroom apartments, units 1 and 6, comprising of one queen size and two single beds (maximum occupancy is 4).

The two bedroom units offer a master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite with toilet and vanity. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have built-in robes and the bathroom is complete with shower/bath, vanity, toilet, laundry tub, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer.

RWRC Apartments 

The following details are required for all enquiries and booking requests:

  • The eligible members rank, name, PM keys number or service number and military status;
  • Postal address, mobile number and email for the eligible Member;
  • The number of people in your party;
  • Your preferred dates; and
  • Your credit card details (to secure the booking).

Confirmation of Bookings, subject to vacancies, will be given:

  • Serving RAAF - 3 months ahead;
  • All others - 3 months in advance;
  • Short Stays (less than a week) - 10 days prior to arrival date.



  • An eligible member may normally only book one unit at a time for a 1 week period during school holidays, and a 2 week period at all other times.
